"Wish checkout had been smoother"
Ordering was fine overall, but I kind of wish the site had been a little easier to get through. It was simple enough to find what I needed, but checkout felt slow, and I ended up double-checking my details a couple times because I wasn’t totally confident it had saved everything right. The order went through in the end, so no big issue, but I do regret not expecting a bit of a clunky process.

"Return process took longer than I expected"
I bought a charger and it started having problems after a few weeks. I was already kind of in a hurry to get it sorted out, so waiting so long for the warranty response was frustrating. When they finally got back to me, the return instructions felt confusing, and I didn’t really have time to keep going back and forth. They did respond eventually, but it wasn’t as helpful as I hoped.

There just wasn’t much I was interested in. And the few things I did like? Out of stock. Super frustrating.

"I’ve got mixed feelings about the whole..."
I’ve got mixed feelings about the whole experience. The delivery showed up a few days late, which was frustrating, and the installer seemed like they were in a rush the whole time. They also left a bit of a mess behind, which I really didn’t appreciate. I had to call twice to get someone to address the issues, and even now it still doesn’t feel like everything was fixed properly. The product itself seems fine so far, but the service side of things definitely could’ve been better.

I ordered this from mazer.com, and overall it showed up in good condition. The quality feels solid, and it’s been working the way I expected, so I don’t really have any major complaints there.
The only annoying part was the packaging, the box was a bit dented, and there was a small mark on the product. It wasn’t bad enough to deal with a return, but I did feel kind of trapped between keeping it as-is or going through the hassle of sending it back. Still, I’m happy enough with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Really good help from customer service"
I had a little issue with my order, so I reached out to mazer.com support. They replied quick, quick and got it sorted without making the whole thing a hassle. What I liked most was that they actually read what I wrote instead of sending some basic copy paste reply. Just a good, good experience overall

"Good Prices and No Surprises"
I was a little worried I’d get fooled by some hidden fees or end up with a deal that looked better than it was, but that didn’t happen. The prices were better than I expected, and the value felt solid. Nothing fancy, just a straightforward good deal with no weird extra costs
